How to make an appointment at ACREN Clinics?
Making an appointment at ACREN Clinics for consultation is done by filling in the intake form. It is important that you fill in all fields.
Medical assistant
After you have completed all the fields, the medical assistant will contact you. He or she will call a recognisable Belgian telephone number: +32 469 17 33 41.
N.B. We ask in the appointment form when is the best time to call. Our medical assistants will make a maximum of 3 call attempts around the indicated time. If we fail to reach you, you will receive a message by WhatsApp and email stating that the initiative to contact you is yours.
Appointment confirmation
The appointment confirmation will be sent to you by mail by your medical assistant.
Pay
On site, you can pay in cash or by debit card (no credit cards).
Personal data
Your details will only be used to facilitate an appointment.
